We had a real good time. The offered breakfast was delicious and satisfactory and included a lot of options. The location was easy and comfy, not far from conferences here, and many shops & dining places. Furthermore, very close to restaurants which was great.

Checking in was a disaster. The woman was busy and told us to wait. Then she disappeared. She reappeared after I loudly asked for help. I also confirmed that we had two queen beds. She gave me a terse yes, only for us to discover one full size bed when we got to the room. When I called down she was obnoxious again. Elton, an engineer on staff, was great and helped us get to our new room.

The room was a nice size with amenities. The staff was very efficient. The location of the hotel was central, close to a concrete tunnel, shops, and conferences.

The rooms here are well-maintained and come with useful amenities like a fridge and microwave, while the location is convenient, just 2 miles from Cucia Park.

The hotel was spotless with outstandingly helpful staff members. The location was comfy and easy, 12 miles to Hartford-Brainard airport, perfectly reachable. This venue was in a very relaxing area. We had a nice size room with central heating, multi-channel television and a seating area.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Randy shuttle bus driver was informative and helpful.

Attitude of staff, couldn't care less. No gluten free bread or cereal at breakfast even though had been requested. Received the message but didn't act on it. Shuttle bus was not available every day.

When we checked in the hotel looked nice. The lobby was decent and clean. It was nicely air conditioned and smelled fine. The clerk was pleasant

There was no bell man and we took our own bags to the room. This is usually not a problem but we had to move 2 times which made it a problem. We carted around 4 suitcases, a large bag and 2 backpacks room to room. The first room had an air conditioner that leaked. Half of the carpeted floor was wet a sticky. In addition the faucet in the tub would not stop running. The second room had an air conditioner that did not work at all. The third room was livable. In addition to all this switching, we literally waited in the first 2 rooms a combined 45 minutes. Lastly, the beds were not comfortable. They were way too hard.

Recently refurbished budget hotel, excellent base for vacation. Central location really close to retail shops and restaurants. Quiet atmosphere. Caffe Vernazza Emporium nearby for tea or coffee. Excellent service that you can't help but enjoy.

The wifi did not work in my room. Front desk, and others could not log my PC. This was a first for me at this location. I will be traveling to the area monthly. Not sure I will be back. I had to spend 3 hours at a Starbucks instead of the room to do work.

Very poor signage. Only a small sign covered by foliage on one side. We had to stop for directions.

The rooms here are a good size and are well-maintained, plus they come with all the necessary amenities. It's super convenient having a restaurant on-site, and the pool is really clean! 🏊‍♂️

The bathroom was too small, You have the worst bed covers, rough and hard, a simple soft bed spread would be just fine. The whole texture of your bed lines was not appealing at all.
